FAQs

Q. What vaccinations are required to board my dog?
A. For the safety of your pet and other dogs, we require each dog to be current on Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPV (Distemper). We can call your veterinarian to verify vaccinations for you.
Q. Do you accept all breeds of dogs?
A. We do not discriminate against any breed. A good dog is a good dog, and a problem dog is a problem dog no matter its breed.
Q. Can I visit your facility before I bring my pet?
A. Absolutely, we would love to have you visit and take a tour of our facility. Feel free to bring your pet to see how they will enjoy it as well. Just let us know if your pet will be joining you so we can verify their vaccinations prior to them entering the facility.
Q. Is your kennel heated and air-conditioned?
A. Yes, we maintain a comfortable interior environment all year round. We also have a generator in the event the power goes out.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, and Venmo.

You can download the form from the forms tab or fill out when you arrive. A charge will apply for any injectables.
Q. Can I bring my dog’s own items?
A. Yes, you are welcome to bring your pet’s toys, blankets, and any other items that will help them feel at ease.
